Run my own mail server software in addition to Plesk

I am looking to convert over to a windows vps. We currently use Kerio Mail Server for our immediate company email. Will I be able to subtract an ip off of plesk and use that ip to run my mail server and keep the other ip address for plesk and its email server? Are there other alternatives. I might just end up using plesks email solution if it is too complicated to get this to work with two mail servers.

This is a very good question ... I dont trie this, i have a Win VPS without plesk and i use my own mail server, and i can setups and any one of the ips that have the vps, but i dont test what happen if i install another mail server in oen of the free ips .....
And what happen using the IIS on the port 80 and the webmail of one of this mailserver in the 80 too, but in other ip ???
