When you get a chance, can someone post the default applications to be included in a windows VPS when its available. Maybe you can't answer this yet since beta testing is not over, but it would be nice to get the list of things like:
- php
- .net
- webstats
- is Mysql installed
- other components (ASPUpload, ASPJpeg, ASPEmai, jmail, and so on)
Plus, are you planning on offering Coldfusion or other 3 party technologies (either included or as an addon cost).
Thanks.

We honestly can't.
Your going to get what you see today for the OS, and then whatever Plesk 7.5 for windows offers, with the Power Pack.
There have been some delays with the Plesk 7.5 templates. The latest estimate is a week or two from SWSoft. We are looking into installing 7.5 the old fashion way, and will need to evaluate how much work that is and what resources it takes (we'd lose all caching and this will probably be devastating for memory use). I can already tell you that doing it this way you have to start over (you cannot upgrade). SWSoft still cannot tell us if we will be able to upgrade via templates. Don't you love betas?

Is it okay to forgo the Plesk 7.5 install on these Windows VPSes and install whatever we want within them (for example, would it be okay to install something like MDaemon and Simple DNS instead)?

Yes, perfectly fine. Just give us your feedback on how everything worked (or if somethign didn't, what and why)
