Nothing is really changing from the customer perspective. The same management team, staff etc are still in place.

P.S. Ordered the first new VPS to migrate off old system, and like to suggest you implement a way for us to add notes for configuration as it's a shame having your guys having to recompile and downgrade cPanel in my case (just 2 points of many config options).

As I said everything in terms of staffing is staying the same, so customers should not see any differences in terms of service level. The same people who have been here are still here.

Rob is still around he just isn't active in the forums as much as previously. Charles has not been with us for 4-5 years now.

Point noted on the ordering process. I'll engage the right people and see if this is something we can implement in the future.
